**Descripción**:

- Gestionar el elemento de fabricación de la organización asegurando actividades comerciales de alta calidad con la máxima eficiencia, servicio y rentabilidad para la organización.
- Garantizar que el equipo comprenda que las ganancias y los logros de la organización se reflejan en todas sus operaciones y actividades, incluidas las relaciones y la gestión de riesgos.
- Cumple tus objetivos y los del equipo en su conjunto
- El buen funcionamiento de la organización y el equipo de fabricación.
- Contribuir a la formación y desarrollo del equipo.
- Ayudar a los supervisores de línea a lograr la máxima satisfacción del cliente de acuerdo con los planes de la organización.
- Mantener la responsabilidad general de la organización para realizar todas las tareas de conformidad con las regulaciones legales/estatutarias de fabricación relacionadas, deberes profesionales, responsabilidades y obligaciones para la certificación ISO.
- Gestionar la incorporación e integración de nuevas operaciones de fabricación en nuestras instalaciones.
- Gestionar la ubicación y la incorporación de nuevas instalaciones de fabricación y embalaje en todo el mundo.
- Responsable de liderar los programas de seguridad y garantizar que tengamos todo el equipo de seguridad relevante para mantener a los empleados seguros y saludables.

Experiência y requisitos

**Requisitos**:

- Título universitario requerido en ingeniería, manufactura, negocios o campo relacionado.
- De preferencia la capacitación en Lean Manufacturing
- 7-10 años de experiência previa en un entorno de fabricación.
- Ingles avanzado.
