**¿En qué consiste la posición?**:
Dentro de nuestro equipo de nuestro equipo de Customer Service para atender el mercado de Argentina y Chile, estamos buscando una nueva persona apasionada de la atención al cliente y la organización de actividaes de manera remota

**¿En que consiste la posición?**:
Como parte del equipo de Customer Service, tus funciones serán:

- Seguimiento a pedidos, ordenes de servicio, envios
- Verificación de estatus de facturación
- Manejo de reclamos

**¿Qué necesitas para Aplicar?**:

- Licenciatura en curso o culminada (preferente)
- Experiência mínima de 2 años en el área de atención a clientes o ventas vía telefónica
- Gestión de actividades multicanal
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en un esquema Híbrido
