Responsible for the financial planning and operation of the company that includes the management of income, expenses, investments, indebtedness, taxation, profitability, legal, treasury, control table, and supplies, in the most effective and efficient way, guaranteeing compliance with all regional policies and procedures and local. The scope of the Financial Manager is national, he must manage the entire budget of Mexico and ensure the proper administration of the accounts in accordance with the company's policies.

**Main accountabilities**:
1. Ensure accounting, financial and tax management and keep the financial and tax records updated in a timely manner.
2. 3. Organize and supervise the cost management of the company.
4. Monitor the behavior of all financial indicators and promote actions to improve them.
5. Organize and supervise the treasury process and relations with banks.
6. 7. Organize and supervise the local accounts payable process.
8. Manage the payroll settlement and payment process.
9. Manage the procurement process and ensure compliance with the Group's purchasing policies.
10. Support business decision making through the development of financial evaluation of proposed projects, business operations, and performance data.
11.Design of business processes and system improvements.
12. Support managers in formulating their business and financial plans, and fully understand key business issues and drivers, including capital counts and expenditures.
13. Accompany and support managers in the use of financial planning and management tools.
14. Ensure that financial processes are complied with in accordance with the group policy and international standards that apply.
15. Manage the budget and forecasting process as part of the overall corporate process.
16. Challenge budgets and maintain valid financial plans with analysis of risks and options to deliver against targets

**Key Requirements**
- Professional in administrative and / or accounting sciences with specialization in financial administration.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in forecasting and business analysis
- Computer skills in various software packages, including Windows, Office primarily Excel, and** ERP Oracle** software.
- English fluent
