**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Manage a FF (FlexFund) book of Inspectors
- Biweekly/Monthly calls to review accounts details
- Upsell ancillary services, train and provide best practices to inspectors on ARPI
- Assist in the reporting, analysis and evaluation of account
- Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
- Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
- Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior.
- Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.
- Keep track of impending deadlines and ensure all work is completed in a timely manner
- Identify new business opportunities

**WHAT YOU BRING**:

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- High English proficiency
- Sales experience would be great but not mandatory
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
- Understanding of consumer behaviors
- **Workspace**:A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload.
- **Equipment**:a laptop (or a desktop computer) and an internet connection that meet our minimum requirements.
