**Responsibilities**:
**La oportunidad**

Gerencial el Sistema Global de Seguridad / Salud Ocupacional y Medio Ambiente, facultando al personal de Planta, administrando los recursos materiales y humanos para prevenir perdidas (lesiones al personal, instalaciones y medio ambiente)

**Tu impacto**

Como **HSE Associate Manager **tu alcance constaría de:

- Practicar y promover la política de Salud y Seguridad Ocupacional, política de Medio Ambiente, así como el código de conducta y procedimientos de la Empresa.
- Asegurar que se cumplan con todos los estándares de Seguridad / Salud y medio Ambiente, así como todos los requerimientos Legales Nacionales, Internacionales y los propios de PepsiCo que nos apliquen.
- Proveer un ambiente de trabajo en el que la salud de la gente es salvaguardada y se previenen lesiones o enfermedades ocupacionales. Buscando activamente minimizarlos o eliminando la probabilidad de ocurrencia de una perdida a través de la identificación de Peligros y evaluación de los riesgos en toda la cadena de abastecimiento. Al dirigir las actividades de Seguridad Industrial en Manufactura / Servicio a Ventas / Cluster / APT / Tráfico y Áreas administrativas.
- Emitir planes, normas, procedimientos y reglamentación en materia de Seguridad Industrial / Salud Ocupacional y Medio Ambiente.
- Asegurar la correcta elaboración y seguimiento a la investigación de accidentes en colaboración con el área involucrada, así como generar y administrar la estadística que del mismo se derive.
- Administrar las actividades que en materia de Seguridad realicen contratistas y proveedores.
- Implementar el Sistema Gerencial de Seguridad / Salud Ocupacional y Medio Ambiente (SIGLOSS).
- Cumplir y mantener actualizados los procedimientos, normas y regulaciones internas, con respecto a la normatividad nacional (STPS, SEMARNAP, etc.) o internacional (OSHA) y / o las propias de PEPSICO, para NO tener multas ante estas dependencias gubernamentales.
- Dirigir y mantener actualizado el Plan de Emergencia facultando a las diferentes brigadas (Contra incendio / Evacuación / Primeros Auxilios / Comunicación y Energéticos ), estableciendo procedimientos Gerenciales diseñados para prevenir y controlar emergencias que pudieran afectar negativamente a nuestros consumidores, clientes, empleados, contratistas, proveedores y visitantes.
- Administrar y capacitar a la Comisión Mixta de Seguridad e Higiene Industrial.
- Coordinar y facultar a las diferentes Células de trabajo del sistema SIGLOSS, a las Puntas Estrella de Seguridad ( EAD´s ) y de Mantenimiento Autónomo ( TPM ).
- Elaborar análisis de Riesgo de las diferentes operaciones para prevenir Perdidas.
- Gestionar la elaboración y seguimiento de ASt´s / IP´s / Estándares de Seguridad / Evaluación de Proyectos / Estudios ambientales y de Ergonomía, asegurando que todo el personal los aplique en su actuar diario.
- Proveer entrenamiento apropiado en materia de Seguridad / Salud Ocupacional y Medio Ambiente para asegurar que todo el personal tengan las habilidades y competencias en el lugar de trabajo.
- Corresponsable del área de Vigilancia, asegurando cumplimiento a los programas de BioSeguridad y BioTerrorismo.
- Apego y cumplimiento a la matriz de seguridad de los alimentos Pepsico.
- Miembro en algún comité de Participación (Calidad de Vida, Reconocimiento o Comunicación.
- Participar en la implementación y desarrollo del programa MOTOR+
- Líder en la implementación y desarrollo de seguridad autónoma.
- Cumplimiento con la Política Ambiental y con las actividades necesarias para la implementación y mantenimiento del sistema de Gestión ambiental.
- Conocer y aplicar la metodología para identificar los aspectos ambientales. Participar en la identificación de aspectos ambientales, para los procesos nuevos, actuales y futuros.
