Plant Controller

A global manufacturing company is in search of its Plant Controller in Silao, Guanajuato.

**Key activities**
- Oversee financial reporting for the manufacturing plant.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Develop and manage budgets in collaboration with plant management.
- Provide accurate financial forecasts to support decision-making.
- Conduct in-depth cost analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with operational teams to optimize cost efficiency.
- Establish and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze variances between actual and budgeted financial results.
- Provide insights into key drivers of financial performance.
- Contribute to the development of long-term financial plans for the plant.
- Align financial strategies with overall business objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Master degree is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar role. (Preferably in automotive manufacturing)
- 10 years of experience in financial analysis
- Internal control
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and cost structures.

- Location: Puerto Interior, Silao, Guanajuato
- Working schedule: Monday to Friday

- Schedule: Monday to Thursday 8:00 - 17:30 hours | Friday 9:00 - 14:00 hours
