Title

Plant Controller 

Description

Plant controller will coordinate and support the daily activities, budget process, and forecast planning, this position will work on process standardization and responsible to drive initiatives that will improve our financial reporting and operations performance.

Major responsibilities:

Manage month-end closing and prepare monthly reports for the site Analyze variances and communicates explanations to management with recommended actions Prepare financial budgets and forecasts Develop, create, and strengthen internal controls Identify areas for cost cutting and improvement Drive initiates to improve operation performance Continuous training and staff development

Plant controller collaborates with Plant Manager, and management to explain results, make improvements, manage projects, identify inefficiencies, understand operations, and lead the development of complex analysis

MS Office Plex System (desired)

1 person Position Requirements

Profile:

Accounting, Business Administration or Engineering degree More than 7 years of experience ERP Plex System (Desired) Manufacturing industry (Preferred) Fluent English Education Requirement Accounting, Business Administration or Engineering degree Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Shift First Location Inteva Products, LLC - Guanajuato Operations Req Number FIN-24-00014
