**Sr. Quality Engineer**:
Responsible to lead CS Engineers in the region to provide extraordinary service to our customers, providing fast response on quality/delivery issues using problem solving methods, fast response and conflict management as needed, with excellent leadership skills.

**Your Role**:

- Deep understanding of customer SCORECARD, interpretation and lead specific actions to sustain performance in GREEN
- In the applicable regions, Assign a Customer Quality Specialist to represent VOC and CSRs to CS Globally (for Global Customers)
- Know customer (specific) requirement and assure appropriate communication inside Aptiv CS organization
- Develop Customer relationship by maintaining presence at Customer locations
- Manage all Customer escalations throughout all management levels (organization, communication, presentation, action plan implementation and follow up,)
- Prepare and lead the management reviews with customer
- Track complaint resolution (initial response, 3D, 8D, ) on time and with the right level of quality and improve process
- Track lessons learned and read across in all plants (risk and corrective/improvement actions deriving from previous incidents or RFMEA findings)
- Coordinate and lead support teams at customer location during critical activities (e.g. pilots, start-up, and major engineering changes)
- Follow up on systemic improvement plans and verify corrective actions efficiency
- Plan and participate in customer audits and control share point maintenance done by the plants
- Be the first level of escalation for the customer

**Your Background**:

- Bachelors Degree
- +5 years of experience as Quality
- Automotive Industry experience
- Team Leadership experience
- Strong knowledge in OEM systems (Customer complaints)
- Availability to travel 50% of the time
- Advanced English level (Conversational/85%)
- Advanced problem solving knowledge (Shainin, Six Sigma, etc)
- Advanced negotiation skills
- Conflict management
- Mechanical, electrical and electronic knowledge (preferred)
- Knowledge of measurement equipment for analysis of electrical failures in equipment (preferred)
- Knowledge in PFMEA, APQP
- Experience in GM BIQ requirements
- Ford SCAAF and customer requirements / system experience
- Launching in new process
