**Job Tittle: Remote Personal Assistant & Operations Specialist (100% Remote)**

Our dynamic client, a thriving storage company, is on the lookout for a versatile and enthusiastic individual to join their team as an Executive Personal Assistant & Operations Specialist. This role brings an exciting blend of responsibilities, from managing personal calendars and creating weekly team inspiration to handling new markets and development duties in the storage sector. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organizational skills, and are ready to contribute to both personal and professional spheres, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in providing administrative support as a Personal Assistant to an executive based in the United States.
- Fluent with Microsoft outlook, excel, and teams.
- Experience in using google earth, managing CRM in Airtable.
- Strong English written and spoken.
- Follow instructions well and comfortable with communicating via phone.
- Must be located in Latin America

Personal Assistant Duties
- Managing personal calendars
- Weekly team inspiration - generate speech from ChatGPT, then have HeyGen create the recording, send for approval
- Searching travel websites and booking trips
- Searching airfare websites and booking
- Scheduling Dr’s appts
- Pay Personal Bills
- Credit card charge protests
- Reconciling credit card statements
- Sending thank you cards (using handwritten notes site)
- Setting conference calls via teams
- Managing airtable CRM of storage industry contacts
- Update personal financial statement
- Setting appointments with customers/associates based on calendar
- Creating and managing events and birthdays calendar (personal & business)
- Sending thank you notes to clients/gifts where needed
- Christmas gift ordering
- Sending customer gifts
- Sending employee gifts (anniversaries, birthdays, condolences, etc.)
- Company outing and Christmas party purchases
- Press releases & website
- New pictures
- Weekly Project Updates
- Employee bios (when hired)
- Keep employee linkedin accounts updated
- Manage history folder
- Save news articles, press releases
- Pictures of projects
- Dates and info on key milestones
- Keep sorted by date and project
- Company milestones

New Markets & Development Duties
- Storage feasibility studies in excel
- Use Google
- Locate and gather data on existing storage facilities. Use instant data scraper to export data into excel/airtable.
- Use assessors websites and google searches
- Owner’s names, phone #’s
- Facility info
- Mortgage info
- Calling facilities for rates and sizes, occupancy
- Look for sites for new storage development
- Use state traffic count database. Make list of high traffic count roads (8,000 cars or more)
- Get owner name/contact info from gis or other
- Search for retail buildings for sale that are empty or half empty. Steps are:

- Property Tax appeal research - Use our template for property comparison
- Assessed value
- Tax payments
- Compiling data on surrounding properties

**Salary**:

- $1200 USD /month

**Schedule**:

- Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30pm Central Time US
