MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? Monitor the health of workers through income, periodic and special examinations, identify
potentially possible causes of occupational accidents and illnesses that, in coordination with the
Department of work safety allows the company to establish preventive safety measures and
hygiene.
? Recommend the epidemiological program that allows the implementation of prevention measures for diseases caused by
exposure to chemical, physical, biological, ergonomic and psychosocial agents according to the nature of
labor and industrial activities that are carried out.
? Notify and initiate the investigation of incidents that occur in relation to work activity and exercise
work with machinery, equipment, instruments and processing materials.
? Submit to the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare the notification of occupational hazards that occur
each current year.
? Answer the forms ST7 and ST9, ST4, etc. issued by the IMSS related to the notification of the
occupational hazards that occurred in each current year.
? Document for the company the information that allows annual notification of the risk insurance premium
of work.
? Issue your opinion on the origin of the illness or accident at work that is detected and/or claimed
by the workers.
? Communicate to the company the recommendation for individual risk management management
identified as a result of medical examinations regarding the labor aptitude of the workers,
establishing health care measures, respecting the confidentiality required by medical ethics.
