_**Importante empresa de Sector Consumo ubicada en Guadalajara se encuentra en búsqueda de Facilities Analyst,**_

Brindar soporte mediante gestión de proveedores de servicios internos y externos para la compañía,
- **Actividades por Realizar**:_
- Gestión de proveedores de servicios,
- Responsable de la coordinación de servicios externos e internos (servicio de auto, limpieza, comedor, recepción, transporte, uniformes, agua... ),
- Control y entrega de uniformes y lockers,
- Brindar soporte en organización de eventos para el área,
- Compra y entrega de materiales,
- Encargarse de recepción,
- Brindar una buena atención al cliente interno y externo,
- Dar seguimiento junto con recepcionista con temas de credenciales, estacionamiento, ordenes de compra, manejo de presupuestos y demás actividades administrativas,
- También gestionando desde Guadalajara actividades de oficina en CDMX,
- **Requisitos**:_
- Licenciatura concluida,
- Experiência mínima de 2 a 3 años,
- Ingles no indispensable,
- Excel intermedio,
- SAP básico/intermedio,
- Experiência con proveedores grandes,
- Experiência manejando personal (1 persona mínimo),
- **Se ofrece**:_
- Sueldo competitivo + PSL
- Horario de lunes a sábado de 8:00 am a 3:00 pm

**Disponibilidad de acudir ocasionalmente en la noche**

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo

Salario: $28,000.00 - $33,000.00 al mes

Horario:

- Incluye fines de semana
- Lunes a viernes
