**Job Summary**

Radian Generation is currently seeking a full-time remote Contract Compliance Analyst to integrate data into the Radian Generation software catalog for our customers. You will collaborate on a team that is designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions that enhance the toolset available to developers, owners, and operators of renewable energy generation and storage assets around the world.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Read customer real estate lease, easement, and purchase agreements and abstract contractual obligations.
- Translate obligations into data migration templates.
- Integrate the data into software and perform quality assurance testing on results.
- Communicate clearly with internal personnel to translate complex issues and requirements into actionable next steps and deliverables.
- Keep track of multiple simultaneous projects.
- Additional tasks as assigned.

**Preferred Experience**
- Experience in managing IT services in the renewable energy industry.
- Experience in the energy industry, especially renewables.
- Experience working in a regulated energy environment such as NERC.
- Demonstrated experience in driving process improvements and optimizing service delivery.

**Required Qualification & Education**
- Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years of relevant professional experience
- Proven capability to work on a remote team.
- Knowledge of real estate agreements
- Experience working with Real Estate and/or payment calculation software and support
- Excel at handling complex data in digital tools

- Excellent technical communication skills (verbal, written) for a range of audience (low-tech to high-tech)
- Present information to internal team members
- Be able to both lead and take direction as an effective team player
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Proficiency with standard office and project management software
- Ethical, responsible, and reliable
- Proficient in both written and verbal English language

**Preferred Skills & Competencies**
- Experience with real estate of payment calculation software platforms is preferred.

**Physical Requirements**
- Ability to sit for long periods of time on a computer and operate a computer.
