DESCRIPCION DE PUESTO PR-RH-03-R01 Puesto: Técnico de Producción Lugar de Operaciones: Vishay México Reporta para: Supervisor de Producción Planta: B1, B2 y Bravos Clave de ocupación: 04 Nível: 4 Departamento: Producción Sub Clasificación: 1. RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES : Provee de material a la línea de producción 2. FUNCIONES ESENCIALES (FAVOR DE SER ESPECÍFICO) DESCRIPCION % DEL TIEMPO 1. Identifica las necesidades de material de la línea de producción y planea el retiro de ese material al almacén, llenando los formatos necesarios en el proceso de producción de cada planta. 15% 2. Distribuye material a los operadores en una secuencia ordenada para impedir que escasee el trabajo o se sufre un baja de producción a causa de no tener material. 10% 3. Reporta las maquinas que estén en necesidad de reparación para que se tomen las medidas correspondientes. 5% 4. Reporta al supervisor cualquier falta de herramienta o aquellas que necesitan reparación. 5% 5. Conoce todas las especificaciones y procesos de su área y opera cualquier maquina cuando haya ausencias o la carga de trabajo lo requiera. 5% 6. Es responsable de asegurar que todas las órdenes se lleven a cabo y se procesen de una manera eficiente. 10% 7. Reporta los cuellos de botella en el área. 5% 8. Reporta al supervisor cualquier inquietud, mal entendido o actitud inapropiada de los empleados. 10% 9. Responde a preguntas de índole rutinario relacionadas con las políticas o el reglamento interior de trabajo. 5% 10. Refiere casos en que tiene dudas al supervisor para que el de la respuesta. 5% 11. Reporta al supervisor faltante o errores en las especificaciones y cualquier desviación por parte del empleado. 10% 12. Asiste al supervisor en entrenamiento a los empleados. 5% Total 90% 3. EDUCACION, EXPERIENCIA Y ENTRENAMIENTO REQUERIDO: Número de años de estudio y específicamente el tipo de entrenamiento y experiência. Educación: Secundaria o equivalente (carrera técnica) Experiência: No indispensable Entrenamiento Básico: Inducción (Beneficios, políticas de la empresa, Reglamento interior de trabajo) Procedimientos aplicables a su proceso, Documentos aplicables a su proceso, Medidas y/o Equipo de seguridad de contingencia, Manejo de sustancias peligrosas, manejo adecuado de equipo, manejo de instrumentos de medición y prueba, Manejo de herramientas, Técnicas y herramientas de entrenamiento, interpretación de especificaciones de materiales, conocimiento básicos en sistemas de calidad. 5. CONOCIMIENTO, DESTREZA Y HABILIDADES: Manejo y ensamble adecuado de materiales Buena visión Relaciones interpersonales Liderazgo y supervisión de subordinados Capacidad de rápido aprendizaje Manejo de equipo electrónico 6. NIVEL DE RESPONSABILIDAD Y AUTORIDAD PARA TOMA DE DECISIONES: si aplica, especificar número de empleados a su cargo, responsabilidades de presupuesto y supervisión, volumen de ventas, etc. Manufactura productos de calidad para llenar las expectativas de los clientes. 7. REQUERIMIENTOS FISICOS, DESCRIPCION DE CONDICIONES AMBIENTALES DE TRABAJO Y USO DE EQUIPO DE PROTECCION PERSONAL.
