**Responsibilities**:
**Main purpose**

The Multimedia Art is responsible for developing and managing design and creative proposals for branded content, such as social media content and digital banners. Our Multimedia Art role is a specialist with a specific skillset centered around art direction, motion graphics as well as team management. A successful Multimedia Art must have a proficient level of understanding and functional capability in software designed for creation of graphics and designs from scratch, ability to edit and manipulate creative assets and ability to direct and manage a team of Jr Digital Arts. Additionally, the Multimedia Art will also participate in brainstorming and creative brand strategy sessions.

**Your Impact**

As The Mktg Innov Analyst your scope will consist of:

- Manage a team of 2-3 Digital Jr Arts, giving them art direction and quality checks prior to deliveries
- Supervise multiple projects in their different stages.
- Understanding and conceptualization of the needs established in the brand brief for the development of graphics.
- Adaptation of existing master graphics / key visuals to create social media content and digital banners, both static and animated.
- Ability to design and conceptualize master graphics / key visuals and adapt to different materiales when needed.
- Digital manipulation (including, product, color, layout, sizing..etc.)
- Modeling 3D/2D
- Testing graphics through various media
- Ability to build graphic and simple print designs and concepts when needed
- Modifying designs after receiving feedback
- Working in coordination with Business Management team to ensure delivery of the master to the brand

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Bachelor’s degree in a directly related field (Graphic design, Animation, Advertising, Visual arts, etc.)
- +3 years of experience in art / graphic design
- Language proficiency both in English and Spanish is a must for this role
- Strong problem-solving, communications, and relationship-building skills
- Content adaptation skills across different static, animated and video formats.
- Presentation skills and proven ability to influence creative decision making are a must
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Advanced knowledge of motion graphics & animating (Adobe After Effects)
- Intermediate-advanced knowledge of editing (Adobe Premiere)
- Intermediate-advanced knowledge of 3D (Blender, Autodesk Maya, Cinema 4D)
