The Shipping Supervisor is responsible for creating the best experience to Our Customers through the excellence in order management. Will lead the operation teams of Shipping, coordinate the transportation process, guarantee the on-time delivery, close the sales cycle, keep the quality of our products in transit and increase the Customer´s Service Level.

**What you will do**:
**CHANGE THE GAME**
- You will be the next Leader of the Shipping Operation Team.
- You will have the chance to create solutions for the Sensient´s Value Chain.
- The shipping supervisor oversees the transportation of goods from the manufacturing plant to the customers.
- You have to ensure that all packages are properly labeled and loaded onto delivery trucks.
- The supervisor schedules and coordinates with carriers to ensure timely delivery of products.
- They prepare and maintain all necessary shipping documents, such as bill of lading and customs forms.

**What you will bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in Administration, related areas.
- Experience in distribution processes.
- Work into Continuous Improvement environment.
- Middle level English.
