As a **Hubmaster,** you will lead different accounts in order to help our customers to accelerate their growth and boost their positioning in the marketplace.
**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:
- Overseeing all accelerator´s activities within their companies (opperations, back office and sales).
- Observing and analyzing their job, their proficiency and their goals achievement, responding to the needs of stakeholders, to optimize their workforce and accelerate their growth.
- Working closely with supervisor to make sure the operation runs as expected.

- Logistics experience is required.
- Advanced English skills.
**Minimum requirements**:
- **Experience**: 1 year + of experience in a Supervisor or coordinator role with US-based companies & Logistics Experience preferred.
- **Language**: Advanced English skills B2+ - C1 preferred.
