Primary responsibility is Production lines setup, tryout, management, control, process and on a constant improvement.
- Responsible to learn the use of steering systems manufacturing equipment and train to related production employee.
- Responsible to design jigs and fixtures each of machine.
- Responsible to make and updated the Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plan, Works Instructions, Set up Sheet, Error Proofing.
- Responsible to train the operation working standards for production on new projects.
- Attending Productions Meetings.
- Engineering Changes.
- New launches.
- Activities and teach to PE Technicians

**Qualifications**:

- Industrial, Mechatronic engineer or related degree
- 2-5 years Suggested minimum as Manufacturing Engineer or Process Engineer in automotive industry.
- Problems-solving’s skills.

**Technical Competencies**:

- Leadership
- Need to have ability two language: Spanish & English
- Knowledgeable of Lean Manufacturing (Tact time, Cycle Time, Line Balancing).
- AutoCAD.
- Knowledgeable of APQP, PPAP, Process Flow, PFMEAs, Control Plan, Process Control.
- Knowledgeable New Launch's.
