**Who are we looking for?**

We are seeking a Content Manager to manage and optimize the publishing of our videos on YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms. Every video you publish will present a new challenge. Your teammates worked hard to create awesome high-quality content. Your job will be to get our audience to click on it.

You should be detail-oriented. You will be uploading videos, copying and pasting metadata, and setting our publication schedule. This requires concentration, precision, and independence.

You should be a problem solver. You will be creating titles and thumbnails for each video that we publish. The right titles and thumbnail can completely change the meaning of a video. You should be able to see the many ways a single video can be presented and solve for the most exciting title and thumbnail combination to present to our audience. This requires an eye for possibility and the ability to think like a marketer.

**About the Company**

Studio Palindromo is a digital video production company that produces original, English-language, documentary-style content for publishing across various channels (YouTube, Facebook, etc.) using archival and stock video and photo assets edited in a post-production environment. You’ll be joining a team of over a dozen passionate storytellers and creatives who enjoy what they do.

**Position Description**

The Publication Manager is a new position in the company that will oversee the uploading, publishing, and optimizing of all digital content across all platforms. This role will also manage the production of sponsor integrations, take charge of some administrative and project management functions within the team, and support the cofounders and Managing Editor as needed.

Publication Management (75%)
- Manage the day-to-day uploading and publication of content across YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and other social platforms
- Source/create and maintain accurate metadata for video releases across all platforms, including optimizing titles and thumbnails to drive maximum engagement
- File appeals for any copyright claims made on studio assets across all platforms to ensure full compliance and monetization
- Occasional assistance in pulling content performance and analytics across social platforms for internal and external reporting
- Community engagement within the platforms, including monitoring YouTube comments to derive actionable insights

Administration (25%)
- Coordinate the production of sponsor integrations from start to finish, including communicating with brands and agencies, ensuring adherence to the project brief, and meeting deliverable deadlines
- Oversee the production and quality of voiceover files
- Assist in importing data into project management tools, including creation of archive and source files
- Assist the co-founders and Managing Editor in preparing for team meetings, events, and professional development workshops, including preparation of slide decks

**Qualifications**
- Fluent in English
- 2+ years of social media experience, preferably in managing a large YouTube channel or publishing video content across other platforms
- Reasonable comfortability with Photoshop to develop compelling thumbnail images
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail

Pay: From $18,000.00 per month
