**Requisitos**
- Licenciatura como científico de datos, ciencias de la computación, matemáticas aplicadas, Actuaria o ingeniería en TI.
- Experiência mínima: 7 años.
- Experiência necesaria desempeñando como Científico(a) de Datos

**Esquema de trabajo**
- 100% presencial en Industrial Vallejo Azcapotzalco CDMX
- Horario de lunes a viernes 9 a 7 de la noche
- Prestaciones de ley

**Ingeniero(a) de Ciencia de Datos con experiência en**:

- Desarrollar los modelos para identificar comportamientos de ventas.
- Desarrollar los modelos para pronosticar la demanda a níveles globales.
- Desarrollar modelos para conciliar los pronósticos a nível modelo-tienda en periodos semanales.
- Utilizando arquitectura de redes neuronales, árboles de decisión, bosques aleatorios y regresión logística.

**Actividades**:

- Extracción, limpieza, preparación, validación y análisis de grandes volúmenes de datos.
- Uso de modelos de estadística aplicada y ML/DL/RL (supuestos, parámetros/hiperparámetros, training, backtesting, calibración, métricas) en ambientes de software libre y de licenciamiento.
- Experto en Data Visualization que transforme información cruda en insights valiosos para los tomadores de decisiones (storytelling, design skills, etc.)
- Documentación de metodologías, técnicas y resultados obtenidos para:

- Medir el desempeño de las iniciativas analíticas desarrolladas.
- Medir su impacto en la operación de nuestros usuarios (impactos de inventario, optimización operativa, contribución a los objetivos de la compañía, etc.)
- Investigación de nuevas técnicas de modelación estadística, así como su correcta aplicación para diferentes casos de uso. Creación de diferentes alternativas analíticas que permitan comparar los resultados sobre varias opciones de metodologías para revisar resultados.

**Responsabilidades**
- Desarrollar los modelos para identificar comportamientos de ventas.
- Desarrollar los modelos para pronosticar la demanda a níveles globales.
- Desarrollar modelos para conciliar los pronósticos a nível modelo-tienda en periodos semanales.
- Entrenar los modelos desarrollados y afinar los parámetros de tal manera que se llegue a un resultado aceptado por las diferentes áreas de la línea de negocio - catálogo.
- Presentar los resultados de manera clara para su aprobación e ingreso a los sistemas de demanda y suministro.
- Diseño y creación de modelos y algoritmos.
- Creación de informes y gráficas que muestren el comportamiento de los datos.
- Procesamiento de datos con métodos estadísticos.
- Manipulación de datos, como data wrangling o data tyding.
- Lenguaje R y Python.
- Conocimientos en Machine Learning y bases de datos (Oracle).
- Deseable experiência en QlikView.
- Capacidad de investigación para proponer soluciones de vanguardia utilizando fuentes de datos internas y externas
