**The Opportunity**

Product Owner of Revenue Management Advanced Analytics platform leading multifunctional teams from Revenue, IT, Sustain, GBS and Analytics to deploy descriptive and Predictive dashboards defyning pricing strategies and portfolio assortment across sector within all food categories while leading and deploying Artificial Intelligence and machine learning models for next gen Revenue implementations to maximize sales and Marginal Contribution ROI

As
**Analytics Insights Sr. Manager** your scope would consist of:

- **
Analytical Leadership**:

- Lead and develop a high-performing analytics team, setting clear goals and expectations and providing coaching and career development.
- Accountable for the delivery of regular insights that drive product and business decisions.
- ** Insight Generation**:

- Generate actionable insights that inform product design, user experience improvements, and innovation strategies.
- Accountable for identifying opportunities for product growth and optimization through data analysis.
- ** Reporting and Visualization**:

- Develop and manage advanced reporting simulators to track key product metrics and performance indicators.
- Accountable for providing stakeholders with understandable and actionable analytics suggestionos.
- ** Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data and insights are shared and integrated into broader business initiatives.
- Accountable for fostering a culture of collaboration and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- ** Continuous Improvement**:

- Continually assess and improve the analytics tools and processes to maintain leading-edge capabilities.
- Accountable for staying ahead of the curve with respect to analytical methodologies and product analytics trends.
- ** Experimentation and Testing**:

- Lead the design and execution of A/B tests and other experiments to optimize product performance.
- Accountable for the robustness of testing frameworks and the validity of test results.
- ** Stakeholder Communication**:

- Communicate insights and recommendations to all levels of the company, including executive leadership.
- Accountable for the clarity, accuracy, and relevance of communicated analytics findings.
- ** Budget Management**:

- Manage the budget allocated for the analytics function, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Accountable for delivering high-ROI analytics solutions within the allocated budget.
- ** Innovation**:

- Drive innovation within the analytics function by staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Accountable for integrating innovative analytic approaches that contribute to competitive advantage.
- ** Vendor and Tool Selection**:

- Evaluate and select third-party vendors and tools for analytics solutions when necessary.
- Accountable for the performance and integration of third-party analytics tools and services.

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**

Experience

**Educational Background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field is required.
- Advanced degree (Master’s or MBA) with a concentration in Analytics, Data Science, or Business Intelligence is highly preferred.

**Professional Experience**:

- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or a data-driven role within consumer goods or a related industry.
- Proven experience in managing and leading a product analytics or data science team.
- Demonstrated ability in developing and executing analytics strategies that have driven product growth and improved user experience.

**Technical Skills**:

- Expertise in analytical tools and technologies such as SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and similar platforms.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis
