**Your Role and Responsibilities**

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**

Monitor, All Tecnicall Dashoards Identify Critical Alerts Attention, resolution, Follow of alerts derived from the operation Experience in Monitoring Area +1 Year Management systems in the different versions that the client has.

Manage components such as Reporting Know and Support on comunications to Incident Events Collaboration and support to All Technicall Areas to identify and solve performance problems Working with tools to manage Incidents, Changes and Requirements. Min 4 years of experience as Technicall Informatic Area.
**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**

Have collaborated and / or lead Monitoring events Work with Tools of monitoring and Comunication Manage components such as Monitoring (Zabbix, Grafana, Spid, Maximo, slack)

**Required Education**

Technical Diploma

**Preferred Education**

Associate's Degree/College Diploma
