**Objective**

The Mechanical Projects Engineer will contribute to ensure the profitability of Nemak through the development of detailed Engineering of the Mechanical Designs of the assigned internal projects that allow us to meet the Capex reduction objectives.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Develop and correctly prepare mechanical designs to achieve the effective development of projects focused on reducing investment with respect to solutions in mechanical systems.
- Ensure Continuous Improvement in mechanical designs, Implementing functional and flexible Solutions.
- Development of mechanical designs that meet standard specifications to ensure the functionality and robustness of mechanical systems.
- Ensure the delivery of technical documentation in each project carried out and the development of a database that serves the development of new projects.
- Development of reverse engineering of mechanical design for adaptation of productive equipment of the different areas and processes.
- Development of engineering and technical documentation for solutions to recurring problems in hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical design systems of production equipment.
- Incorporate the improvements of mechanical designs of the productive equipment during the LNP.

**Position Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree: Mechanical Engineer; Engineer Mechanical Administrator; Electrical Mechanical Engineer

- Mechanical systems

- Handling tools for precision urination
- Basic technical English
- Experience in Elaboration of Mechanical devices in 2D and 3D, Elaboration of Analysis of Efforts and Simulations, Use of precision measurement equipment, Material specifications and Mechanical Design standards, Operational and/or maintenance areas.
