**How You Spend Your Eight Hours**:
- Provide best-in-class customer service
- Promote products and services
- Respond to incoming support requests
- Place courtesy and outbound calls to leads and potential clients
- Resolve and troubleshoot client issues
- Assist in filing 2290 forms and navigating the ETT interface
- Cross-promote other products and services
- Handle up to 100 calls per day
**What You Must Possess**:
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) customer service experience (1-2 years)
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple inquiries
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Mathematical skills and resourcefulness
- Team player with confidence and patience
- Ability to quickly learn products and services

- 35K - 54K Package depending on the experience on the role
