**Your Impact**

As Analytics Manager Latam your scope would consist of:

- ** Strategy Development**: Define and implement a comprehensive personalization strategy that leverages data analytics, AI, and ML to enhance customer experiences and drive revenue growth.
- ** Team Leadership**: Manage and mentor a diverse team of data scientists, analysts, and marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and high performance.
- ** Data Governance**: Ensure the integrity, privacy, and security of customer data, adhering to all relevant regulations and ethical standards.
- ** Technology Oversight**: Oversee the selection and implementation of advanced analytics platforms and tools necessary for personalization initiatives.
- ** Stakeholder Collaboration**: Work closely with IT, marketing, sales, and product development teams to align personalization efforts with overall business objectives.
- ** Performance Measurement**: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for personalization initiatives, monitoring effectiveness and making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- ** Customer Insight**: Leverage customer data and analytics to understand customer behaviors, preferences, and trends, translating insights into actionable personalization strategies.
- ** Innovation and Experimentation**: Foster a culture of experimentation, encouraging the testing of new personalization techniques and technologies to continually improve customer experiences.

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**

Education
- A Bachelor’s in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, with a strong quantitative orientation
- Desirable Master's Degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

Experience
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in analytics or data science, with proven expertise in Python, R, or similar programming languages, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.
- Solid track record of managing projects and engaging stakeholders, preferably within the marketing or CPG sectors, demonstrating an ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies.
- Exceptional leadership qualities with a demonstrated capacity to lead a team towards innovative data-driven solutions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the analytics team.
- Desirable experience in CDP platforms.
