- El equipo de experiência del empleado desarrolla, implementa, mantiene, administra y comunica los programas de asistencia de los empleados de la organización. Investiga, evalúa y recomienda el uso de instalaciones externas específicas de tratamiento y asesoramiento. Desarrolla y realiza seminarios de capacitación y educación para empleados y directivos. Puede asesorar a los empleados sobre cómo tratar y solucionar problemas laborales o personales que afecten el trabajo. Responsable de diversas negociaciones sindicales (Convenio colectivo), elaboración y análisis de contratos laborales, evaluación de asuntos legales, mapeo de empleados de terceros y prestadores de servicios con el objetivo de analizar viabilidad económica y riesgos laborales (LAR), y participación en proyectos de recursos humanos especiales.

**Resumen del rol**:
**Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas de la empresa, Reglamento Interno de Trabajo, Contrato Colectivo de Trabajo y todo aquel marco normativo aplicable (Constitución, Ley Federal del Trabajo), Cumplir con todos los requerimientos legales solicitados por la autoridad competente, Así como la gestión de los recursos asignados en materia laboral, facilitando la ejecución adecuada de los procesos,**

**Tus responsabilidades incluirán**:

- ** Dar cumplimiento a LFT, Contrato Colectivo de Trabajo, Reglamento Interior de Trabajo, Código de ética, Modelo de Liderazgo, normas y políticas aplicables.**
- ** Seguimiento a los procesos de terminaciones laborales (Voluntarias, Involuntarias) incluida la firma de finiquitos**
- ** Aplicar sanciones de acuerdo a Matriz Disciplinaria**
- ** Asegurar la ejecución de la nómina (Incidencias y justificantes ) plataforma Workforce y soporte a la supervisión con el proceso de nómina**
- ** Administrar la plantilla de cada departamento y gestionar con el área de reclutamiento Mano de Obra**
- ** Administración de proveedor (Comedor y Transporte)**
- ** Administrar los casos (Tickets) en Service Now.**
- ** Alineación de estructuras a nível supervisor y blue collar, centro de costos, turnos y posiciones**
- ** Manejo de conflictos, atención y trato con sindicato**
- ** Dar seguimiento en las investigaciones con el departamento de EHS y área Legal (compliance)**

**Requerimientos mínimos**:

- ** Manejo de conflictos, atención y trato con sindicato**
- ** Seguimiento a los procesos de terminaciones laborales (Voluntarias, Involuntarias) incluida la firma de finiquitos**
- ** Aplicar sanciones de acuerdo a Matriz Disciplinaria**
- ** 3 a 5 años de Experiência**

**Habilidades y experiência deseable**:
**Formación: Lic en Administracion, Lic en Psicologia, Lic en Derecho, Ing Industrial o a fin**

**Habilidades: Inglés-Conversación negocios Conocimiento Trato con sindicato, Nomina, manejo de bajas de personal, matriz disciplina**

**Habilidades: Resolución de conflictos, Negociador, persuasivo, habilidad administrativa, iniciativa, integridad**
