Asegurar la actualización al 100% del registro de planta dando seguimiento al plan de inversiones de fábrica y al avance de proyectos de inversión, para mantener el control de los bienes y servicios capitalizables, incorporandolas al registro de planta tan pronto el proceso productivo inicie.

**Un día de la vida de...**

1. Identificacion física de activos fijos recibidos.

2. Realizar altas de activos fijos cuando están instalados y funcionando, recibiendo la notificación de ingeniería de que los Activos Fijos está funcionando, solicitando a NBS numero de Activo Fijo a través de un formulario de creación de dato maestro y liquidando los Activos Fijos como Activo Fijo final o alta para que corra la depreciación, con el objeto de aplicar el costo de la depreciación al costo.

3. Realizar bajas cuando los Activos Fijos quedan obsoletos, gestionando la venta y baja del registro de planta, recibiendo la notificación de ingeniería de activos fuera de uso, buscando posibles compradores, solicitando al menos 3 propuestas de compra, elaborando el formato de baja y enviándolo a OC para su aprobación, y procediendo a la venta de activos, con la finalidad de dar de baja a los activos de registro de planta con oportunidad. (POST-PROYECTO)

4. Realizar transferencias de Activo Fijo interfabricas o internas (cambio de departamento), llenando un formato de solicitud de autorización de transferencias, enviando a ingeniería para su autorización, recibiendo el bien solicitando la autorización del registro de planta, con la finalidad de realizar la actualización del registro de planta.

5. Controlar los presupuestos de inversión, elaborando los reportes necesarios, con la finalidad de mantener los gastos de proyectos de inversión.

Elaborar pólizas manuales y facturas intercompañias enviando a NBS para su registro y contabilización, con la finalidad de realizar el correcto y oportuno pago a los proveedores así como los movimientos (reservas de gastos, transferencias de ventas y aplicación de otros gastos).

6. Valida recepcion física y visar GR paracompletar el proceso P2P.

7. Cumplir con el Código Internacional de la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS) sobre la Comercialización de Sucedáneos de la Leche Materna, las Instrucciones Nestlé y la Política de Nestlé sobre la Comercialización de Sucedáneos de la Leche Materna, cualquier enmienda y regulación gubernamental relevante en cada una de las actividades inherentes a las funciones de este puesto
