Your ‘day to day’

The role of our Financial Planning Manager as its ultimate purpose is to oversight our Operating Income with a clear objective of bringing value to the business through our revenue and resource allocation. Within its role, he/she will be responsible for partnering with the Commercial Team (i.e. Marketing, Digital, Commercial Operations) Enablement Functions, etc., to develop our overall business strategy. Specifically, a Business Partner role is to shape, model and assess the various commercial programs, potential new products and line extension launches and initiatives from multiple financial perspectives: Size of the business opportunity and profitability, financial investments required, funding strategy, return of investments and ultimate impact on market share, volumes, revenues and OI. The role accountabilities span from the Operating Budget and LRP, to the business/competitive intelligence gathering, the management reporting and the preparation of key internal and external reviews.

Main Accountabilities
- Centrally manage and actively coordinate the preparation of operating budgets plans in line with PMI standards and quality from the perspective of volume, pricing and expenditures.
- Constructive and challenging cooperation with other involved departments obtain and analyze consumption data and sales trends, data relating to market size, market share and trade loading and, together with pricing assumptions, and factoring in other elements such as new brand introductions and brand extensions, prepare scenarios with volume and pricing proposals for budgeting and long-range planning purposes.
- Actively and continuously develop and maintain forward looking model within the framework of rolling forecast process and original budget.
- Develop and forecast future data via using external sources, internal information and past data from relevant departments.
- Work closely with the Commercial team to understand the changing trends in the market and gathering information to enhance the knowledge base which can be used for better forecasting.

Who we’re looking for
- College/University degree. Preferred majors: Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering
- 3-5 years’ experience in financial planning roles in FMCG, CPG companies
- Desirable knowledge of one the following: Python, Power BI
- Basic SAP knowledge
