Position Overview:

- Understand and adeptly address customer inquiries related to financial services
- Ensure each interaction leaves a lasting impression of exceptional service
- An empathetic approach and strong problem-solving skills to help build and maintain positive customer relationships

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a financial campaign is a strong asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Empathetic and patient demeanor when dealing with customer concerns
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: $2,000.00 per week
