- Responsible for Pre-payroll process, working with our 3rd party payroll processor. - Responsible for recruiting at all levels within organization. - Responsible for Employee Onboarding process, ensuring new hires are trained in company policies and procedures, ensure all documentation has been reviewed, processed, and electronically filed. - Responsible for Employee retention programs. - Responsible to participate in the training mixed commission to provide and register DC-3, DC-4 and DC-5 if is required. - Responsible to ensure company handbook complies with Mexican Law. - Work with Department Heads to address any disciplinary issues. - Work with Management related to Employee departures, and outside Attorneys if needed. - Communicate and Post bulletin boards, down levels meetings, corporate meetings, company policies, RIT, and information related. - Produce management reports related to Turnover, Absenteeism, Training, Compensation, etc. - EHS procedures and practices
Experiência y requisitos
- +5 years of HR lead experience in manufacturing environment. - Exposure to Environmental Heath and Safety Policies highly desirable. - Experience with navigating government websites, IDSE, SUA, Fonacot, Infonavit, LIAAT, SIRCE, and other government sites - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or any HR field related. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. - Strong Knowledge and understanding of Federal Labor Law, Social Security, and other Labor related laws. - English and Spanish communication at a business level.
