**Key Responsibilities**

  • Coordinate direct recruitment through agencies, ensuring timely and effective execution of HR services and processes.
  • Complete recruitment follow-up reports, providing valuable insights for future improvements.
  • Develop and implement easy-to-use systems and processes to facilitate fast and accurate delivery of HR services.
  • Manage employee services, including transportation, cafeteria, physical and digital file management, to ensure a high level of employee satisfaction.
  • Drive continuous improvement and leadership change, identifying areas for growth and implementing effective solutions.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong understanding of recruitment processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
