**Descripción del empleo** ¿Qué harás?**
- Impulsar la expansión de nuestra base de clientes mediante la prospección y adquisición de nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
- Identificar y cultivar alianzas estratégicas con actores clave en el ecosistema de movilidad corporativa
- Desarrollar e implementar estrategias efectivas de ventas y marketing para promocionar nuestros servicios en mercados objetivos.
- Colaborar estrechamente con los diferentes stakeholders internos de la empresa para comprender las necesidades del mercado y adaptar soluciones a la medida
- Realizar investigaciones de mercado para identificar tendencias emergentes, competencia y oportunidades de crecimiento.
- Liderar negociaciones y discusiones contractuales con clientes, garantizando resultados favorables para ambas partes.
- Mantener un profundo entendimiento de nuestros servicios y tendencias de la industria para comunicar efectivamente las propuestas de valor a los clientes.
- Proporcionar actualizaciones e ideas regulares a la alta dirección sobre actividades de desarrollo de negocios, métricas de rendimiento e información del mercado.
- Representar a la empresa en eventos de la industria, conferencias y oportunidades de networking para ampliar nuestra presencia y marca.
- Mantenerse informado sobre los últimos avances tecnológicos y desarrollos de la industria para mantenerse competitivo en el mercado.
- Visitar clientes potenciales en los alrededores de MTY.

**Requisitos** Eres la persona indicada si cuentas con**:

- Más de 8 años en el área comercial y/o desarrollo de negocios. Experiência en B2B es un must
- Habilidad demostrada para pensar estratégicamente, identificar oportunidades y ejecutar planes para lograr los objetivos comerciales
- Mentalidad orientada a resultados con enfoque en superar objetivos y aumentar el crecimiento de los ingresos
- Capacidad para construir un pipeline sólido desde cero y con un mix de empresas AA y AAA
- Habilidades creativas para resolver problemas y capacidad para avanzar en un entorno de negocio acelerado
- Data Driven, uso de CRMs (Salesforce, Hubspot) es un must
- Licenciatura en negocios, marketing, comercio o afín
- Inglés de Negocios Avanzado
- Experiência previa en startups es un plus
