Dirigir y administrar la función de Recursos Humanos en SlpP con base en las estrategias y políticas alineadas a la misión y visión de la empresa a fin de proporcionar el clima y la cultura laboral que promueva el alto desempeño así como la atracción, retención y desarrollo del personal.
- Dirigir y coordinar las funciones de las diferentes áreas de Recursos Humanos con el fin de proporcionar el clima y la cultura laboral de acuerdo a los objetivos establecidos en SlpP.
- Supervisar y dar seguimiento a las demandas de los asociados con el fin de optimizar los servicios administrativos de Recursos Humanos a las demás áreas.
- Dirigir y asegurar el cumplimiento de las leyes y reglamentos laborales con el fin de cumplir con las obligaciones jurídico-legales en SlpP.
- Coordinar y mantener en operación el sistema de remuneración adecuado con el fin de asegurar una compensación equitativa, remuneradora y motivadora para los asociados en SlpP.
- Planear, coordinar y dar seguimiento a los nuevos proyectos de esquemas de trabajo con el fin de proponer mejoras en los sistemas de acuerdo a las normas generales de RB y SlpP.
- Planear y coordinar el desarrollo de estrategias laborales a fin de proporcionar el clima y la cultura laboral que promueva el alto desempeño.
- Fungir como represéntate legal en documentos jurídico-legales de SlpP.
- Asegurar y evaluar las medidas disciplinarias en caso de desviaciones a los lineamientos establecidos en el marco legal y políticas corporativas.

**Qualifications**
- Nível Mínimo de Estudios: Maestría, Especialidad: Economica-Administrativa.
- 10+ años de experiência en posición similar.
- Idiomas: Inglés nível avanzado. Alemán deseable.
