Coordina las actividades necesarias para el correcto funcionamiento del sitio. Supervisa que todas las actividades dentro del edificio para asegurarse de que se cumplan los estándares aplicables en materia de salud y seguridad.

REPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO:
Realizar recorridos a las instalaciones para verificar el correcto funcionamiento de las mismas, verificando sistemas, estructuras y dispositivos de manera regular e identificar las necesidades de reparaciones y renovaciones.

Coordina y evalúa periódicamente a los proveedores externos para las actividades y con las diversas áreas internas.

Coordina reparaciones menores para mantener las instalaciones en las condiciones adecuadas, como pintura, resane, instalación de pizarrones, cuadros, dispensadores, entre otras actividades.

Llevar los registros de los mantenimientos preventivos, correctivos y predictivos que se realicen en las instalaciones, conforme al plan anual de mantenimiento

Atiende auditorias externas de bomberos, protección civil, secretaria de protección al ambiente, secretaria de salud, ayuntamiento, reglamentos y ecología.

Realiza y da seguimiento a los planes de mantenimiento preventivo y predictivo de la empresa

Realiza los reportes mensuales necesarios

Responsable del inventario de herramientas

Dara seguimiento a las observaciones de la comisión de seguridad e higiene para la implementación de las mejoras aprobadas

Atención de contratistas durante los mantenimientos preventivos, predictivos y / o correctivos o de construcción.

Dar soporte a las áreas de servicio de la empresa
