**Responsibilities**:
- Develop programs to assist in manufacturing improvement initiatives as well as to prepare technical documentation for control hardware and software.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing teams to put in place, debug, validate and complete improvement projects.
- Identify process requirements in collaboration with internal and external customers to develop plans, budgets and timelines to support process improvement initiatives.
- Administrate code and versions for internal developed software.
- Provide technical support, assistance, and service to end users.
- Support to solve troubleshoot process / network / communication issues problems.
- Design and develop computer software to monitor and control performance measuring and new processes
- Programming and systems development to support Manufacturing Maintenance and Automation areas and PLC programming.
- Support Digital system implementation.
- Provide support for all networking, servers, personal computers, department equipment, centralized data backup/recovery, Windows Servers in a virtual infrastructure along with understanding AS/400 computing.***
**Required Qualifications**_ _
- Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering
**Preferred Qualifications**_ _
- Strong knowledge on Programing languages as: C#,.Net, VB6, Java, PHP, Webforms, MVC,.Net Framework,.Net Core, APIs Integration.
- Database: MS SQL, Progress, MySql.
- Web Server: IIS, Apache.
- Experience implementing Industrial IoT Solutions for Digital Manufacturing (Industry 4.0)
- Experience on SCADA Control System (ignition)
- Knowledge in LAN & WAN, structured network cabling installations for voice & data.
- Knowledge in Cisco routers/switch connections and basic programming.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Tress & Pro-Watch support and Virtual Server Infrastructure
- Extensive knowledge in In Windows 10, MS Office 365One DriveSharepoint, MSSQL, Antivirus, Ivanti/LANDesk, JDE support, ERP, Visual basic.
- Provide support for ADCS (MES) production system.
- Bilingual 80% English/Spanish communication with excellent reading and writing skills.***
