We are looking for a self-motivated, research-minded, creative thinker who will help establish and lead our strategic initiatives.
Key job responsibilities
1. Utilise analytical tools to identify customer problems and dive deep to ideate solutions.
2. Relentlessly focus on the customer to deepen engagement and improve the onsite customer experience.
3. Build and execute campaigns across owned channels to achieve your strategic goals.
4. Analyze data and customer research to develop actionable insights that drive customer growth and increased frequency strategy.
5. Define high quality feature roadmaps based on the team strategy and vision
6. Work closely with internal business, design, finance and senior leadership teams to bring new programs to the Mexican customers.
7. Write compelling, data-led business cases and work closely with international teams to drive prioritization of country specific requirements.
Understand market trends and build business cases for new product opportunities.
- Manage product lifecycle from ideation through commercialization.
- Thrive in ambiguous work environments. - Be a smart, hard-working, and creative person who loves products, loves solving difficult problems and "getting it done."
- Be comfortable collaborating and influencing team members including retail, sourcing, legal, patent, social compliance, and product compliance. - Be responsible for building and executing on new initiatives and roadmaps each year.
- Partner with country teams to launch products globally.
- Have the technical aptitude to quickly grasp complex technical issues and communicate directly with technical teams.
- Have strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
