**Your Job**
Perform proper preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance in production lines and equipment to produce cable.
**Our Team**
Support to Process and Products in cable manufacturing area at Molex Guadalajara
**What you Will do
- Keep the machines running in good conditions, using 5s methodology in every area of the plant.
- Solve problems that affect the production line.
- Maintain internal KPI's levels as established by the company.
- Request spare parts for assigned equipment.
- Responsible for preventive maintenance, downtimes, MTTR and MTBF to ensure the correct production of the product with quality and efficiency.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance with quality, according to the procedures established by the company.
- Speed and agility in external and internal customer requirements.
**Who you are**
- 3 years of experience in similar position
- Interpretation of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic and schematics diagrams.
- Strong knowledge using diagnostic equipment's and tools to resolve electrical and mechanical problems.
- Technical knowledge in **mechanical,** **hydraulics, pneumatics, electrics, electronics, and automations process.**:
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance in equipment's of plastic extrusion, cabling process and taping process, PLC Allen Bradley, siemens and Mitsubishi, Drive's Baldor, ABB and Emerson for AC, DC and servomotors.
**What Will put you ahead
- Experience in **extrusion process.**:
- English conversational.
- SAP system in maintenance module.
- Responsible of reduce downtimes, maintain productivity and performance of production lines.
- Strong knowledge in DC motor and AC motors, capable of good diagnostics in DC and AC Drives, PLC automation process and servomotors.
- Basic knowledge in diameter gages, spark tester and detection equipment's.
- Read and understand electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams.
