Injection Sales Engineer

- Execute sales strategies and plans provided by the company to achieve revenue targets for our products and related projects in the assigned region.
- Identify and prioritize key target markets and segments within the industry and implement focused sales initiatives to capture market share and drive growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, and engineering & procurement contractors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with network the team, helping them to establish a brand presence in their regions.
- Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting and tracking sales performance and reporting on key metrics to senior management.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts and agreements, ensuring alignment with company policies, profitability targets, and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with project management and process engineering teams from HQ to ensure smooth project execution, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and expand the company's network within the region when the company requires.
- Being able to travel within the region is a must and able to travel abroad. Expect at least 80% traveling
- Education: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Specialized Technician or Commercial Business.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales of technical products within the plastic industry, business development, or account management within plastics or related markets.
- English: Intermediate (Business).
- A driver´s license is a must.
- Must be PC proficient – Windows and network systems.
- A passport and US Visa are a must.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Flexible, Integrity and Trust, Commitment, Teamwork, Customer orientation, Results-oriented, Work under pressure, Analytical Skills, Willing to learn.
