**Job Description**:
Analyst, Logistics (Carrier Management) MX

Position Purpose

Asignación y administración de servicios de transporte
- Licitar los viajes en nuestro Transportation Management System (TMS)
- Asegurar la asignación de transporte para entregas a Clientes y Relocalizaciones de pallet entre plantas a la mejor tarifa disponible en sistema.
- Servicios de transporte no aceptados por las líneas de transporte, subir los viajes a spotmarket (subasta de fletes)
- Revisar las ofertas en Spotmarket y asignar el servicio a la mejor tarifa.
- Revisión de equipo con líneas de transporte para que las unidades a posicionar en plantas de servicio cumpla con las condiciones para su aceptación en la transportación del pallet para entregas al cliente y relocalización de pallets entre plantas.
- Recepción de solicitudes de servicios por rechazos de calidad por retorno y/o reemplazo.
- Mantener comunicación con el equipo de planeación para procesar las solicitudes urgentes por cancelación de ordenes o cambios en las fechas de servicios previamente asignados.
- Estar en el seguimiento del equipo de Execution hasta la entrega en destino final.
- Comunicación y negociación con diferentes líneas de transporte para la disponibilidad y posicionamiento del equipo requerido.
- Administración de rechazos de equipo en planta y reporteo mensual
- Revisión y negociación con las líneas de transporte para mejora de su servicio y selección de unidades para evitar rechazos.
- Elaborar el reporte de las asignaciones diarias y de pendientes por asignar, así como mencionar las causas de los pendientes por asignar.
- Asegurar que los transportes asignados cierren en tiempo y forma sus servicios en nuestro sistema TMS, con evidencias de entrega subidos a sistema.
- Control de Costos
- Realización de reportes financieros de cierre de mes
- Cobro de faltantes a transportistas
- Control de tarifas y usuarios en TMS
