Job Description

Purpose

Es responsable de ser el enlace operativo táctico entre el cliente Retailer (Canal Moderno) y CHEP, a través de un profundo conocimiento de las operaciones en campo relacionados con los flujos de pallets (tiendas / CEDIS / Bodegas / almacenes), generando implementaciones operativas que permitan lograr el control y recuperación del activo.

Major / Key Accountabilities

  • Controlar los inventarios de la cuenta mediante el establecimiento de lineamientos operativos, administrativos y relaciones de negocios con el cliente
  • Mapeo Operativo - Monitorear y analizar las recolecciones por cada localidad / CEDI con el objetivo de eficientar las mismas, detectar oportunidades, controles, necesidades, capacidades de almacenamiento, horarios operativos, % de recepción de pallets CHEP, Usos no autorizados.
  • Administrar los recursos disponibles para facilitar el cumplimiento de las responsabilidades arriba mencionadas.
  • Contribuir en la estrategia general de reducción de CAPEX mediante la reducción de pérdidas e incremento de la recuperación de pallet basados en estrategias integrales.
  • Generar el ingreso mediante el control de facturación en los conceptos claves de la operación (cobro de pérdidas y usos no autorizados)
  • Reunir y administrar información para la toma de decisiones estratégicas, además de identificar oportunidades y buscar alternativas de mejora para las cuentas
  • Elaboración de un pronóstico de retorno de tarima (zona, formato)
  • Capacitaciones en cliente de buenas prácticas (uso, manejo, control e identificación de pallet)
  • Implementación de controles de entradas y salidas de pallet
  • Creación de relaciones colaborativas con el Retailer a través del constante acercamiento y transmitiendo un mensaje que refleja el valor de CHEP como socio comercial
  • Apoyo en trabajo administrativo / complemento de análisis
  • Realizar visitas de campo teniendo empatía y buena comunicación en todos los niveles
  • Visibilidad y transmisión de oportunidad de crecimiento de negocio : información del cliente / captación de prospectos / operativa en tiendas o CEDIS

Authority / Decision Making

  • Implementación de controles operativos y administrativos
  • Negociar el cobro de conceptos de prácticas no autorizadas y pérdidas
  • Trabajar de forma autónoma, con acercamiento al Gerente en temas de decisión fuera de sus responsabilidades. Las recomendaciones serán base de sus propuestas.
  • Diseñar planes estratégicos adhoc a las necesidades de las cuentas.
  • Mantener visión del negocio y velar por el correcto funcionamiento del mismo.
