**Position Overview**:
As part of the Services management team, manage a small-sized Services Country / Line of Business (Vertical) / Portfolio / Practice Leadership or Resource team delivering high quality, commercially responsible, value-driven billable consulting business, providing technical expertise to meet the goals of the business. Provides coaching in, and if appropriate, sets the direction in own area of responsibility for the development and delivery of services consulting business and operations. Where appropriate, in partnership with the Country or Vertical Management team, contribute to the sales and services pipeline strategy; understanding the services contribution requirements. Oversee allocated key projects, actively engaging to review effective Services delivery in line with business guidelines and monitor customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
**Talent on-boarding**
- Manage on-boarding programs for college graduates and experienced hires in nearshore centers
- Manage a team of fresh graduates/interns from on-boarding to billable assignment, with reporting manager responsibilities
- Communicate performance data, as an outcome of trainings and programs, on a regular basis

**Talent development**
- Support the execution of learning and development programs leading to career acceleration of employees in nearshore centers
- Plan, execute, monitor and report training sessions, maintaining, and updating the training calendar
- Support nearshore centers and ensure that the nearshore business is able to scale operations through capability development
- Work with local vendors to qualify and execute training courses/programs, as per the needs of the nearshore center
- Support the execution of leadership development programs for nearshore centers
- Communicate organizational announcements/decisions/guidance, as and when necessary
- Drive processes and systems adoption as related to competency management

**Talent Evaluations**
- Ensure project performance process and competency management process has been executed for all employees in nearshore centers

**Job Requirements**
- Experience of working in a matrix organization and across multiple cultures
- Should be located in Mexico City and work out of the office regularly
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Management with a flair for people development
- Six (6) to ten (10) years’ experience in learning & development and/or competency management.
- Experience managing a team of interns/graduates
- Hands-on experience of working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Experience of designing technical and non-technical learning interventions
