Así como la solución de disputas con los clientes para la resolución de casos a la par de brindar un excelente servicio al cliente a nuestros clientes.

**WHAT THE CANDIDATE WILL DO**
- Facturación en Sistema TMS
- Facturación en Sistema Aduasis
- Aplicación de pagos en Oracle - Laser Finance
- Emisión de estados de cuenta
- Conciliaciones
- Atención de reuniones
- Seguimiento y cobranza a clientes
- Escalación de casos hacia áreas internas

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**
- 1 año en áreas de facturación o áreas de cobranza
- Manejo de inglés - nível intermedio
- Licenciatura Terminada

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Conocimiento intermedio de Microsoft Excel
- Experiência en empresas de logística o aduanas
