**Actividades**:
- Gestionar las reclamaciones de los clientes
- Seguimiento y comunicación de los avances en la mejora de la calidad
- Desarrollar herramientas para realizar un seguimiento eficaz del rendimiento
- Comunicarse con los clientes para ponerles al día sobre las reclamaciones
- Realizar presentaciones sobre KPIs de Calidad a la Alta Dirección.
- Formar a los empleados en las herramientas de calidad de WCM
- Preparar informes relacionados con los clientes, incluido el análisis y la aplicación de las medidas necesarias.
- Visitar proactivamente las instalaciones del cliente cuando sea necesario o se solicite.
**Requisitos**:
- Ingenieria industrial o electromecanica.
- 5 años de experiência trabajando en areas de calidad.
- Experiência realizando auditorias internas y externas.
- Ingles avanzado.
- Visa vigente.
