Job Title: Account Director

Department & Team: Sales

Reports to: Oscar Parra

Location: Mexico City

Summary:

- The Account Director, Enterprise develops and implements a comprehensive strategy that maximizes needs to drive revenue for the entire Genesys suite of products through managing direct sales in the West Sales organization.
Key Responsibilities:

- Meeting and/or exceeding goals including, but not limited to, revenue, customer growth, and sales expenses.
- Sells and promotes the sales of Genesys products to customers including negotiating price, other concessions and terms and conditions of the sale.
- Develops and execute a territory plan to maximize bookings. Generates and achieves monthly territory forecasts, and accurately manages forecast to achieve quarterly targets.
- Acting as a Genesys representative to maintain positive relationships with all employees, customers, partners, and shareholders.
- Conducts weekly progress meetings with sales team.
- Assists in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives.
- Regularly interacts across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure objectives are met.
- Ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations important.
- Hands on management style to provide coaching and guidance where needed to move deals through the sales cycle.
- Building a relationship with key players in their customer accounts.

Minimum Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- 6-10 years’ sales management experience within technology industry.
- Be a "High Energy", results-oriented achiever and a team player willing to work in a demanding and dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated track record in software sales.
- The willingness to travel.

Desirable Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills: produce materials, deliver presentations, and perform general education.
- Ability to represent the company at senior executive levels.
- Able to develop proposals and manage the sales cycle with minimum supervision while providing regular updated on progress and challenges.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
