By combining deep knowledge and a systematic and well-defined methodology, you could help develop and construct the indexes that provide data and timely insights in an ever-changing world.

**Your team responsibilities**

The team is responsible for all aspects of research for MSCI Indices including understanding client index needs, designing new indices, speaking to clients and explaining indexing decisions, rebalancing the indices and making sure that the quality and accuracy of our index data is of the highest quality.
