About Our Team
The MSCI Index Management Research team is part of the MSCI Research and Product Development organization and is responsible for the ownership and evolution of all index methodologies that cover the Equity, Fixed Income and Real Assets classes.
Your Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Index Management Research Analyst to join our team in Monterrey, Mexico. As an analyst, you will work closely with our experienced professionals to support the real estate index management research team on index quality, methodology and publications related topics.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the real estate index management research team on index quality, methodology and publications related topics.
- Work on operational improvement projects, research-based charting tools/analysis on real estate property and property fund indexes.
- Collaborate on annual representativeness study on global market size estimations.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Financial industry knowledge.
- Advanced Excel, Python programming skills, data visualization techniques (Power BI).

Estimate Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year
