**Requisitos**:

- Lic. Económico administrativas.
- 3 años como Gerente de Atención al cliente, Gerente de cuentas claves o Gerente de servicio u operaciones
- **Presentación ejecutiva**:

- inglés conversacional

**Funciones**:

- Generar alianzas comerciales a largo plazo con nuestros clientes clave.
- Generar procesos continuos de recompra basados en servicio.
- Gestión y desarrollo de cartera de clientes.
- Estrategia de mantenimiento, continuidad y retención de clientes.
- Estrategias de continuidad operativa. (Mantenimiento de unidades, correctivo y preventivo)
- Hacer valer en cada servicio nuestra promesa de marca.
- Generación y presentación de nuevos proyectos enfocados a las necesidades del cliente.
- Cumplimiento de presupuesto de ingresos y egresos.
- Formación y administración de equipos de trabajo.
- Realizar estrategias de retroalimentación a cartera de clientes, evaluaciones de gestión y servicio.
- Manejo completo del proceso de atención a clientes.
- Manejo y administración de cuentas claves.
- Mantenimiento y desarrollo de clientes AAA.
- Reporte de resultados a la Dirección General (semanal y mensual).
- Manejo de básicos comerciales.
- Manejo de conceptos de rentabilidad

**Ofrecemos**:

- Lunes a Viernes de 9:00 a 18:00
- Sueldo de $30,000 brutos + bono por alcance de metas
- Prestaciones de Ley + SGM + Seguro de vida

Salario: A partir de $30,000.00 al mes
