**Responsibilities**:
The Legal Coordinator is the natural relief of the Legal Manager, so in addition to the previously mentioned abilities, must have the capacity to give a first class attention to the DHL areas, demonstrating expertise in the different given situations, having the ability to give recommendations for the decision making.
- **
Legal advice to all the internal areas of DHL of any question and/or situation that the Company might have.**
- ** Corporate Functions**:

- Support the Legal Management in the attention of contractual processes with government authorities depending of the legal process celebrated (public bidding, invitation to at least three persons, direct award), including the attention to any meeting related with the aforementioned process.
- Support the Legal Management in the rendering of all type of legal terms and conditions regarding any promotion, contest, toss promoted by the Retail, Sales and/or Marketing areas, giving advice regarding the different and applicable processes and proceedings that must be performed with the governmental authorities to proceed with the aforementioned promotions, contests and/or tosses depending on the case.
- Support in the Company’s Special Projects, by performing due diligence, required contracts elaboration and negotiation, investigation and advice to the responsible DHL area in charge of the Project from beginning to the end.
- Advice and elaboration of all type of required contracts by the Marketing department: promotion, donation, trademark use, image use, sponsorship, collaboration, among others related to the presence of our logo and trademark in the media, events and/or merchandise products.
- Coordination of the different documents that needs the approval and signature of the legal representatives of DHL.
- Attention, review and elaboration of non-disclosure agreements.

**3.** **Internal Policies Control.**
- Support the Legal Management in the implementation and control of all the internal policies in a global, regional and local way.
- Participation in the meetings with strategic associates with the Company.
- Advice to internal departments, in respect to the terms and conditions agreed with clients, providers and strategic associates, giving observations and risks that must be considered by the project owner.
- Elaboration of all types of documents where the agreed terms and conditions shall be exposed (Contracts, LOI, MOU, etc).
- Participation in the internal approval of possible agreements that will be celebrated with associates, clients or strategic providers in substitution of the Legal Manager when needed. Active participation in substitution of the Legal Manager in the steering committees for special projects and TRB.
- Active participation in activities and meetings with other departments and other DHL BU’s.
- Relation and coordination with outside legal counsels and Notary Publics.
- ** Relation with governmental authorities.**
- Attention and relief of all type of requests with the different level authorities.
- Management of different administrative processes with the competent authorities, that guarantees the correct provision of Courier services.
- Attention and ostentation of all kind of notices/authorizations from the competent authorities for any promotion or contests celebrated in the points of sales across the country.
- Attention to inspections and legal requirements in the points of sale, giving immediate advice to the retail employee in the points of sale.
- Support to the Legal Manager in the regulation of non-authorized distributors.
- Support in the establishment of the terms and conditions that must be observed by the authorized distributors.
- Support to the Legal Manager in the negotiation with strategic partners.
- Support to the Retail, Marketing and Pricing departments, in the review of the public tariff framework annually published in the points of sale, advising the different departments about the requirements and possible risks to be observed in order to comply with PROFECO guidelines.

**Litigation**:

- Management, follow up and control of alimonies processes ordered by competent authorities in collaboration with internal areas and external attorneys.

**People Management**:

- ** Active participation in activities and projects promoted by DPDHL in a local, regional and global level.**:

- Active and constant participation as mentors in the buddying program, guarantying the correct onboarding to the different new company members.

Participation as facilitator on the legal trainings for the new lawyers in the company, as well as facilitator in other trainings such as: competition issues, compliance and internal policies, to the rest of the company departments in a local and regional level.

**Qualifications;**
- Minimum of 3 years as a lawyer. (Degree is essential).
- Minimum of 2 years working in a multinational company.
