**PROPÓSITO DE LA POSICIÓN**:
Procesar, administrar y elaborar en tiempo y formar los registros de nómina, impuestos relacionados y resguardo en los sistemas para realizar oportunamente el pago de nómina a asociados en cumplimiento de las obligaciones y legales y fiscales en vigor, así como de los procesos internos de la compañía.

**FUNCIONES ESENCIALES**:
Recaudación y verificación de los soportes administrativos necesarios para la elaboración de la pre-nómina

**Garantizar el proceso y emisión de nómina definitiva**: Emitir información de nómina y remitirla en tiempo y forma a sus supervisor y dirección de área para su aprobación previa a la emisión de la nómina definitiva.
Garantizar la integridad de la información presente en los sistemas de resguardo y archivo digitales y físicos bajo su responsabilidad
Mantenerse actualizado en relación con todos los cambios y actualizaciones en material laboral y fiscal para informar de manera oportuna de todo cambio que pudiera impactar a la compañía y hacer las recomendaciones necesarias.
Mantener actualizada la base de datos de los asociados que reciben la prestación de Vales de despensa, realizando la gestión ante el proveedor de altas y bajas, generar las órdenes de compra y dar seguimiento a su pago oportuno.
Administración de altas y bajas de Seguros de Vida y Gastos Médicos Mayores
Timbrado y elaboración de CFDI tras la emisión y pago de ciclo de cada nómina, así como hacer la entrega cada asociado obteniendo el correspondiente acuse de recibo
Apoyo al departamento de Finanzas acorde a lo solicitado, entre otros con la elaboración de los registros contables de nómina.

FUNCIONES DE APOYO
Además del desempeño de las funciones esenciales, este puesto puede ser requerido para realizar una combinación de las siguientes funciones de apoyo, y el porcentaje de tiempo que realiza cada función debe ser determinado únicamente por la gerencia en función de los requisitos particulares de la empresa.

CONOCIMIENTOS, HABILIDADES Y HABILIDADES ESPECÍFICAS DEL TRABAJO
Poseer los siguientes conocimientos, habilidades y habilidades y explicar y demostrar que puede realizar las funciones esenciales del trabajo, con o sin ajustes razonables, utilizando alguna otra combinación de conocimientos, habilidades y habilidades.
Debe poder hablar, leer, escribir y comprender el idioma principal utilizado en el lugar de trabajo
Conocimiento del idioma inglés para poder leer y escribir textos técnicos relacionados con su función.
Debe saber leer y escribir para facilitar el proceso de comunicación.
Requiere buenas habilidades de comunicación, tanto verbal como escrita.
Debe poseer conceptos básicos de contabilidad
Conocimiento y manejo de sistemas de nómina y NOI de Aspel deseado
Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Análisis de datos y sus aplicaciones en la organización.
Conocimiento y dominio de las leyes relativas su función (ISR, LFT, IMSS, CFF)

ESTANDARES DE CALIFICACION

**Educación**:
Pasante o Licenciatura en Contaduría, administración o recursos humanos.

**Experiência**:
Experiência mínima de dos años en la elaboración de procesos de nómina
Experiência previa en organizaciones multi sitios deseada.

**Certificados**:
Cursos especializados en nómina y otros relacionados.
