Cómo Client Success Agent tu función clave será garantizar la calidad en la experiência del cliente y fomentar relaciones duraderas con nuestros usuarios. Serás el punto de contacto principal para nuestros clientes una vez empiecen su proceso de adopción e implementación, trabajando siempre de manera estrecha con nuestro equipo de ventas y ofreciendo soporte y educación continua en áreas de tecnología, marketing y ventas.

Funciones básicas:

- Ayudar a los clientes a navegar y utilizar la plataforma Kaydú de manera efectiva
- Resolver problemas de los clientes en tiempo y forma
- Asegurar la educación y capacitación continua en las áreas de tecnología, marketing y ventas para que nuestros clientes verdaderamente adopten nuestra solución y logren los resultados que desean.
- Identificar oportunidades de cross, down y up-selling y promover nuestros productos y servicios adicionales

**Requisitos**:

- Formación comprobable en áreas comerciales, especialmente dentro de las disciplinas del Marketing Digital, Publicidad, Comunicación, Ventas Digitales o campos relacionados.
- Experiência previa de al menos 2 años en servicio al cliente o un rol similar
- Habilidad para comunicarse de manera efectiva tanto en español como en inglés (nível intermedio-avanzado)
- Excelente habilidad para resolver problemas y trabajar bajo presión
- Enfoque en la atención al cliente y capacidad para establecer relaciones sólidas a largo plazo con los clientes
