**Ford Champs **will allow to get to now different business areas through 12 to 24 months, while you improve your skills and become a better professional.

As **FCSD Extended Service Business Ford Champ **you will support our commercial area by following up on Extended Guarantees, Semi-New Certificates as well as on sales activities, sales analysis, marketing and communication.

We work with cross-functional teams that involve other skill teams such as, Sales, Services, Marketing, Ford Credit and Lincoln.

What you´ll need
- To be an active student of the last 4th smesters of Marketing, Administration, Business or related degrees.
- Analytic skills
- Data base management
- Good communication skills
- Advanced English
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- To be Result driven
- To be organized
- Resilience
- Team work

What you´ll do:

- Follow up on the continuity of Extended Guarantee and Semi New Certifications programs.
- Reporting of insights and KPI´s
- Constant update of our metrics and presentations. (Dealers/Ford team)
- Web updates on the policies for our active programs.
- Tracking and Reporting of potential Semi New units to be certified
- Explore on the information required for the reports (mystery sites)
- Work along with dealers to improve our contract registration
- Review communication materials
